Return & Exchange Process

- You’re within the 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items are in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Original packaging is intact
- You have your original order confirmation or receipt
Step 2: Submit Return Request

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and email you:
- Return Authorization Number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- Any special instructions if applicable
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Once authorized, please:
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Include the return authorization slip inside the package
- Ship to the address provided in your authorization email
- Keep your shipping tracking number for reference
Step 5: Processing & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Bat Care Accessories (opened products)
- Bowling Machine Accessories (safety equipment)
- Personalized or custom items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability:
